Hunting for a PS3 emulator. Read some community forums, and the general opinion is that you would need to have a monster pc to operate this, not even mentioning that the console was only released not too long ago, so no such venture is up and operating yet. Is that appropriate?

There is none, there will Never be one particular. The monster Pc will be Invented in the year 2020. Your out of luck. how ever there is a Xbox 360 one.
