when i simply click log in on my ps3 so i can play on the internet it masses for a few seconds like regular then as before long as it logs me in it logs me out and states an error has occured you have been signed out of playstation community

i went to playstationnetwork.com and it stated playstation community was at the moment underneath design
i was wondering if i must just wait around it out or phone someone
