one.) Can I play it making use of PS3 controller?

two.) Do I need to have emulator on my Personal computer?

one.) I will not totally know. I could see how it would work though. Use the controller and the charging cable and plug the usb cable into the computer and hopefully it would work.

2.) Yes you would need the emulator but there pretty hard to uncover for programs like the ps3 and xbox 360
