I have a USB Drive formatted to fat32
I have an external HDD formatted to fat32

I know i require to downgrade but i never know what i want to downgrade too or how to in fact do it.

You can’t on three.66, basic and easy.
Jailbreaks stopped functioning after 3.fifty five. Truly, the dongles only work on 3.41 if I remember.
Really, you can downgrade a body fat PS3 if you have an Infectus chip and some surgical-amount soldering expertise BUT Infectus chips are no longer in production and therefore are hard to appear by.
