If me and my brother every single have our own Nintendo 3DS and he’s actively playing a game and saves it then I engage in the Exact same match on my DS will it have his saved recreation on there or will it have blank memory bacause it is a diverse DS?

As a common rule, the memory of any recreation will continue to be on the console/technique employed to perform the match, not the recreation alone. As a result, the memory will not go with the game to your brother’s DS.
